900 BiSTRO in Sidney is looking for experienced serving staff to join our award-winning team! With an average of 4.7 Star Rating on Google, our customers leave happy and tip accordingly.

We take our commitment to excellent food and service to heart. You will not find any deep-friers or microwave ovens here, we take pride in using time-honoured cooking techniques. Everything is prepared fresh to order from scratch, using the highest quality local and Italian ingredients available.

Our extensive menu includes fresh made pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and meat and seafood entrees. Our wonderful food is complimented with an extensive wine list, with a 750 wine cellar on site, and full bar with premium cocktails.
