Marlow East, a new American restaurant on the Upper East Side, is seeking experienced Food Runners. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new dining destination focused on modern American cuisine, highlighting seasonal ingredients, refined technique, and warm, attentive hospitality.

As a Food Runner, youll play a key role in maintaining the flow of service between the kitchen and the dining room. Youll ensure that dishes are delivered promptly, accurately, and with care, helping us create an exceptional guest experience. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must. Two or more years of experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant is preferred.
