Were seeking passionate, experienced Servers and Bartenders who bring professionalism, warmth, and knowledge to every guest interaction.

What Youll Do:

• Provide gracious, attentive, and informed service in a fast-paced, high-touch environment

• Guide guests through our food and wine menus with confidence and curiosity

• Work closely with sommeliers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail at all times

• Uphold the standards of the Charlie Palmer Collective and contribute to a positive, team-driven culture

• At least 1 years of serving or bartending experience in upscale or fine dining settings

• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and seasonal cuisine (Healdsburg/wine country experience a plus)

• A sincere passion for hospitality and guest engagement

• Poise, professionalism, and the ability to multitask under pressure

• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
