Seeking a Server/Prep Cook/Baker/Market hand to join our rad team at Alexandras!

* Weekend availability is a must*

Professional Serving/Cooking experience is a plus, but overall we are looking for an individual who has a passion for food, who's a team player,anized and punctual with the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment while leading with customer service excellence. Come grow with us in our locally run, small business!

Part time positions available that include hours at:

'Alexandras' located in the Central dist

Farmers Markets, in the Seattle Area

Alexandras Macarons- Ballard Bakeshop

Responsibilities and Duties:

Customer service

Barista/coffee

Table Service & Counter Service

Opening & Closing tasks/Cleaning etc.

Prep work

Line cooking

Baking

Vending local Farmers Markets (This position requires the use of your vehicle & mileage ispensated for travel)

Our cafe is an open kitchen plan w our team works together to cook/bake, jump behind the barista bar and serve our wonderful customers.

Preferred Skills:

2 years+ professional culinary/baking experience is preferred but is not required.

Up to date Washington state food workers card *required

MAST Permit.

Willingness to learn our method for making macarons

Attention to details; ability to follow instructions, recipes and production protocol

Produce tasks according to daily production schedule

Maintain a clean work space at all times.

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to work independently and with a team.

Consistent weekend availability is a must

Ability to taste ingredients.

Vehicle for transporting equipment/macarons to markets etc. A plus!
