Position Summary:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to members and guests while ensuring a clean, well-stocked, andanized bar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellentmunication skills, and a solid knowledge of mixology and beverage service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and club guidelines

Greet members and guests promptly and courteously

Maintain a clean andanized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment

Ensurepliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service

Maintain accurate POS system usage

Restock bar inventory and notify management of supply needs

Assist with setup and breakdown of bar areas for events, social functions, and private parties

Collaborate with service staff and kitchen team to ensure seamless service

Uphold the club s standards of appearance, service, and hospitality

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in a hospitality or private club environment

Knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and craft beer

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and remainposed in a fast-paced setting

TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain)

Must be at least 21 years old

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a private club or high-end restaurant

Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Aloha, or Micros)

Interest in sailing, boating, or water sports is a plus
