Receptionist Optometry Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$18.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 08:00am to 06:00pm)
Greet and check in patients professionally
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Verify insurance and process payments
Maintain accurate patient records
Answer phones and respond to inquiries
Support optometrist and staff with daily operations
Keep the front desk area clean and organized
Receptionist Optometry Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of professional receptionist experience, including appointment scheduling and front desk responsibilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to learn and grow
Applicant may be subject to a background check
