Overview:

This is a short-term assignment supporting front office operations in a clinical setting. The role involves greeting patients, directing them appropriately, and handling necessary documentation. The assignment may be extended but is expected to end by October 31, 2025.

Job Summary:

The position involves assisting patients as they arrive, managing paperwork, and providing clear directions within the clinic or assigned facilities. Candidates should be professional, organized, and capable of supporting a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet patients upon arrival

Provide and collect required documents

Direct patients to appropriate staff or locations

Copy, sort, and organize documents

Support daily clinic operations as needed

Other duties as assigned

Day shift, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Some clinics operate Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday scheduling

May be assigned to two buildings within a service area
