Kinnamons Bakery is Portland's premium bakery for Cinnamon rolls and coffee. Known for our quick service and delicious treats, Kinnamon s team members cultivate a fast and friendly environment for both guests and employees alike.

Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members who believe in providing top-tier hospitality and exceptional service. As a Team Member at Baes and Kinnamons, you will be cross-trained to work both the front and back of the house, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.

Shifts are short but busy. Average shifts will start at 5:30pm and end by 10pm.

Availability on weekends and nights is required.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and hospitality to all guests.

Follow recipes and consistency of food.

Maintain a clean andanized work environment.

Assist with front-of-house duties, including taking orders and handling transactions.

Prep and produce toppings while following a recipe

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Uphold Baes and Kinnamons standards of quality and service.

Requirements:

Positive and upbeat personality.

Strong back-of-house skills.

Previous line cook experience is a must.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible evening and weekends

Willingness to be cross-trained for front and back-of-house roles.

Excellentmunication and teamwork skills.

Food handlers card

OLCC licence

Compensation:

$18/hour + tip pool (Tips range from 10-19 per hour)
