Seeking educated and experienced individuals passionate about wine, hospitality, food and cocktails.
We are a wine bar+bottle shop with extensive food offerings seeking an experienced professional to join our front-of-house team. Wine knowledge and/or bartending experience is a must. Cohesion in our team is paramount. We split tips equally in our unique wine shop-restaurant hybrid. Everyone contributes equally in our small team.
We are really excited about the opportunity to find an enthusiastic, responsible, curious,mitted person to join our small team in Lake Oswego. Above all - you must be a wine lover! We can work with limited knowledge, as long as you are interested in the Oregon and broader international winemunity.
We need to fill one to two days immediately, and more once the summer ends. You must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays, and have a reliable mode of transport to get to and from the suburbs.This is a position that will have room for growth within thepany.

Our mission is to present fine wine in an approachable, unpretentious way, even quietly helping to define what fine wine really is in 2025. We want the right candidate to influence our wine choices with their own life experience and help tell the Beso story of our love and passion for great food and wine. Our space is a social gathering spot for themunity and our loyal and growing clientele rely on us to deliver a refined, dynamic, and delightful experience.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years of casual fine dining serving experience;
- Wine educated/eager to learn;
- Basic proficiency with spirits and cocktails/eager to learn;
- Hospitable demeanor and a passion for providing gracious and weing service;
- Sense of dedication and integrity;
- Professional demeanor and appearance;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
- A good listener and open to constructive feedback;
- The ability tomunicate clearly and concisely with clientele;
- Must be at least 21 years of age;
- Weekend availability;
- WSET and/or CMS education a plus;
- OLCC/Food Handler Certified
