Duties
Help
Performs work in least two of the following trades in the maintenance and repair of grounds, exterior structures, buildings, and reled fixtures and utilities.:
Plumbing: Makes plumbing repairs th can be accomplished by removing, cleaning, resealing, replacing defective
parts or units of utility, supply, and disposal systems, such as dirty traps, sections of broken tile, damaged or broken
pipe, leaky faucets, and stopped up drains. Installs wer heers, garbage disposal units, faucets, and sinks.
Carpentry: Measures, cuts, and constructs or repairs wood or wood substitute items such as scaffolds, staging parts,
panels, bins, pallets, concrete forms, dry walls, shehing, and roof decking.
Painting: Performs standard coing methods such as brushing, rolling and spraying, by the use of coing merials
th are prepared according to specific directions, and by the applicion of coing techniques th insure surfaces
are fully coed, protected, and free from drips and runs.
Observes required safety, sanition and hazardous waste disposal rules and regulions.
Operes vehicles to transport tools and merials to work site.
Performs other reled duties as required.

Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verificion check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
Must meet federal suitability requirements including successful completion of background investigion.
Work is performed both inside and outside, and incumbent is exposed to dirt, paint vapors and fumes. Must wear issued protective gear.
Requires prolonged standing; stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in tiring and uncomfortable positions.
Lifts, carries, and sets up merials and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds. Occasionally may handle merials and equipment weighing 50 pounds and over.
Possession of a valid ste driver's license.
Qualificions
Two years of experience th demonstres knowledge in the applicable combinion of trades sufficient to perform the duties of the position.
Educion
This job does not have an educion qualificion requirement.
