We are seeking Elite Part-Time Restaurant Servers to be an integral part of our team at various locations.

Qualifications:
Bartending experience.
OpenTable orpatible reservation knowledge and skills.
POS knowledge and skills.
Excel at food running and expo.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressured, and "ambiguous" startup environment with very little directions.
Great learning aptitude, embraces new. technology, and high adaptability to constant change.
Ability to take initiative.
Great hospitality and customer service skills.
Friendly, positive, self-starter, and a team player.
Excellentmunication skills.
Multitasking skills.
Prior experience with sales or customer service.
Must be able to obtain a food handler card and OLCC server permit.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities:
Opening and closing of the shop (must be able tofortably lift 50 lbs.)
Greet and make all guests feel wee at the restaurant.
Provide excellent hospitality and service.
Manage reservations.
Run food, pre- buss/ buss and pre- set tables.
Explain to guests about menu items and take orders at tables, and over the phone.
Serve food and beverages to guests.
Make drinks for guests.
Clean, restock and set up bar.
Clean and prepare the dining areas.
Perform closing duties bar and floor.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion.
Communicate promptly with both kitchen and FOH regarding orders.
Follow policies and procedures as expected.
Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.
