Receptionist responsibilities include but not limited to: Front desk support in answering calls and booking appointments; Interact with customers (children and their parents); Greet and Check client in and out on POS System; Prepare client for service; Promote and sell hair care products; Be technology savvy, with ability to operate systems/equipment and communicate/resolve issues with helpdesk; Assisting customers with connecting to Xbox games and trouble shoot issues is a plus.

Salon Assistant responsibilities include but not limited to: Ensure salon cleanliness including sweeping and mopping the floor; Clean and disinfect salon area including toy cars, barber chairs and sensory toys; Do laundry; Keep retail shelves and products clean and maintain inventory; Assist with sales and advertisement (such as distribute fliers etc.); Ensure proper handling of the retail items to prevent breakage by customers.
