Hiring Subcontractor Cleaner - North Vancouver

We are a well Established Cleaning Business looking For Full time Subcontractor Cleaner in North Vancouver area

The Subcontractor is going to take care of our 3 Location Daily Cleaning.
Those 3 Locations are located in the same Building.

CONTRACT DETAILS:

Start Date: Monday, September 22nd, 2025
Initial Schedule:
Monday to Thursday (evenings) 32 hours/week
Start Shift 6 pm

Expansion:
By November 29th, total hours will increase to 51 hours/week
Shift Location: 3 commercial sites located in the same building

COMPENSATION:

Starting rate: $23/hour
Rate increases to: $25/hour after 6 months (based on reliability and performance)

REQUIREMENTS:

You must have your own:
Vehicle (evening shifts end late)
Basic cleaning supplies
Active WCB / liability insurance
You must be:
Punctual, responsible, and consistent
Able to follow professional cleaning checklists
Willing to sign a service agreement
Must be legally allowed to work as a subcontractor in BC
