Red Hook Lobster Pound is looking for an exceptional host to lead our busy New England Style restaurant! We are located in Red Hook Brooklyn and looking for someone who is available Friday nights, all day Saturday and Sunday. We are also looking for someone who can be available on major holidays like July 4th and Labor Day! This position is for someone who breathes hospitality and has a very good handle on Resy and the mechanics of a restaurant. We are very busy with usually a wait list so our perfect host can stay cool and calm under pressure. Tip out from the staff will start at 1.5% of the tip pool and can be as high as 3% once training is complete and we see your handle on our busy restaurant. On average your combine tip out and pay rate can be $25 an hour With support of our management team and another host, we are hoping to finish our puzzle with the missing corner piece.
