Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced receptionist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Perform patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
  • Update patient demographics and records as needed.
  • Collect copays and payments in a timely manner.
  • Handle standard front desk responsibilities including answering phone calls and assisting with inquiries.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical receptionist role.
  • Proficiency in using EMA (Modernizing Medicine) EMR system.
  • Strong customer service and triage skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in triage nursing.Ability to manage high call and patient check-in volume effectively.

Work in a modern clinical environment equipped with advanced dermatology tools and EMR systems. Our team consists of 16 employees, offering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere with predictable hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for occasional Friday coverage. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
