Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all public areas and back of the house areas to the highest standards of excellence.

The Exhibit is conducted in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and the Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.

• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Cleans and sanitizes bar area, including under bar and equipment, bar tops, sinks, refrigerators, coolers and other bar appliances.
• Maintains bar area equipment, and the removal of empty or soiled articles.
• Completes all established bar duties in a timely manner.
• Performs work assignments directed by beverage management.

• Knowledge of and adherence to sanitation practices and procedures to ensure that bars and related equipment remain clean, sanitary, and odor-free always.
• Knowledgeable of and adherence to food and beverage department regulations and procedures.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects up to 40lb
