Job DetailsFOH MANAGER
Tim Ma Hospitality is looking for Front of House managers to join our team. Our group includes Lucky Danger, Chinatown, our flagship restaurant for our Chinese American restaurants. Any Day Now, our all day cafe located in Navy Yard and Sushi Sato, sushi restaurant on H Street, featuring all you can eat menu. You will support your management team in the leadership of one of our venues, taking the reins whenever they arent on site and partnering on all elements of running a successful business.
Requirements include:
- At least two years in a leadership role (hourly manager, shift supervisor, or similar role)
- An enthusiasm for hospitality and a constant strive for guest satisfaction
- A positive attitude towards fellow employees, and the ability to work in a team environment
- Must be highly organized, efficient, creative, and be able to work precisely
- A love of food and beverage and the desire to constantly learn more
- Flexible schedule (must be able to work weekends and holidays)
Duties/Responsibilities include:
- Assist the management team with maintaining pace and quality service
- Help foster a vigorous learning environment and guide professional development
- Maintaining prime appearance and condition of the restaurant
- Any and all additional duties as determined by General Manager and Ownership
- As an accountable person for health and safety and labor relations, youll ensure that all regulatory compliance is maintained
- Support with all people leadership tasks - including team recruitment, development and performance chats, onboarding new starters - this is a great role for a growing manager who wants to build their people management skillset
Compensation DetailsCompensation: Salary ($50,000.00 - $60,000.00)
