RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer high volume of incoming phone calls and determine caller's needs in order route to the appropriate destination
- Adhere to all processes and talk tracks
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers
- Take messages and document call back requests as needed
- Alert leadership of any customer issues or common concerns
- Handle difficult external and internal customers effectively and professionally
- Perform additional project work as assigned by leadership
