Custodian/Janitor/Floor Cleaner - Part Time - Early AM Shift (4AM-8AM)

Maintains the cleanliness of a facility and the surrounding grounds to meet customer and client satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Ability to perform major janitorial cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, wet mopping, sweeping, dusting, and emptying trash.

Cleans and disinfects restroom floors.

Operate Floor Scrubber Machine.

Wash Windows and Sill (Door Glass).

Must be willing to work beyond scheduled hours, as necessary, to meet events and facility schedules.

Must be able to walk up and down stairs frequently, as well as regular bending and standing as needed in a daily shift.

Performs other related duties as required.
