Timekeeping Assistant/Receptionist
Do you have a passion for delivering superior customer service while being a key player in the essential daily functions of a successful office? Our busy service firm is looking for a strong administrator who can be effectively client/employee facing, complete administrative tasks daily, and be part of an energetic operations team. This individual will be responsible for a variety of pertinent tasks, allowing the operations team to focus on our clients and the continued growth of the business.
The ideal candidate will have superior leadership & administrative skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail and enjoy working directly with employees on a daily basis.

Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of Administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment
- Service industry experience preferred, but not required
- Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as WinTeam, ADP, Valiant, etc.
- Desire to obtain long-term employment
This position requires that you possess the following skills/licenses:
- Ability to prioritize projects and manage time
- Savvy customer service to include excellent communication both verbal and written
- Strong follow-through
- Good-natured, positive attitude
- Ability to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality
Responsibilities:
- Collect timesheets and confirm on-line timekeeping for weekly payroll.
- Support recruitment, operations & field service-level team members.
- Assist employees with call-off and PTO request reporting, tracking and payments.
- Payroll database management
- Assist with employee inquiries regarding their paychecks
- Maintain office filing system; both paper and electronic
- Answer phones to field questions from employees and supervisors
- Other industry-specific tasks as needed
