Description
Lodging Concierge Duties
- Coordinate and schedule Lodge reservations for members and guests
- Assist in crafting personalized and memorable experiences for Lodge guests
- Facilitate all concierge services, including dining, recreation, and special requests
- Respond to and manage after-hours lodge inquiries and calls on a rotating basis
- Perform post-cleaning walkthroughs of guest rooms alongside Housekeeping to ensure readiness
- Maintain and update the Lodge Room Arrival Sheet
- Support the Lodging Director with daily operations, guest needs, and special projects
Member Relations Responsibilities
- Serve as a representative of the Membership Director in their absence
- Conduct Membership Tours and New Member Orientations as needed
- Follow up with new members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Input and maintain accurate new member information in internal systems
- Prepare and organize new member welcome packets and orientation binders
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the Membership department
Requirements
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or club/membership services preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
