Training Pay: $10/hour while you learn our cleaning standards and expectations.

Performance Pay: Once trained, you'll earn $6.50 to $8 per room, depending on your quality of Cleaniness. The average room in the hospitality industry takes 25-30 minutes to clean. If you're efficient and motivated, you can earn $14 to $16 per hourwell above the typical area pay of $10-$13/hour.

Stayover Rooms: Paid at $3.50 per room.

Let's break it down: On average If you clean 2 checkouts at $8 each and 1 stayover at $3.50 within one hour, that adds up to $19.50/hour.You control how much you makebe the boss of your earnings!
