Job Details Our hosts are the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in the successful outcome of every diner's experience as well as the successful and profitable outcome of every service.

We rely on our host to:
manage reservations via Resy and Toast
monitor guest notes
answer phone and monitor voicemail
communicate guest and reservation notes to appropriate parties before or directly after seating
communicate drink transfers from lounge to table
maintain restrooms and host stand
manage guest expectations kindly but firmly
direct inquiries and information to the correct parties

As we are a small team, frequent days off have a big impact and are difficult to accommodate, particularly on weekends.
Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($21.00) plus tips
