Provide day-to-day operational leadership: o by delegating shift duty assignments to staff/students. o oversee front end and back of restaurant operations. o ensure products and ingredients are stocked and available based on forecasting. o training new team members. o Ensure presentation, quality, and food standards are met.
Provide excellent customer service to all guest through front end and back-end operations which may include: o greeting all guests in a friendly manner and addressing guest concerns o accurately entering orders into the POS system and cashier duties o food preparation and monitoring food quality and safety o front end and kitchen stocking o ingredient preparation o inventory, dish machine operation, cleaning duties, opening, and closing procedures.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED plus three years of food preparation experience and mastery of all kitchen and dining tasks and attributes; equivalent experience/education considered. Ability to read, write, weigh, and measure necessary. The ability to communicate is essential. Must have the ability to train and lead others. Food Handler's permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs required.Posted Salary: $16.76/hr
