  • Guarantee consistently exceptional quality in every beverage product and guest service interaction across all properties, upholding Cherokee Nation Entertainment's renowned standards.
  • Power the growth and development of our beverage personnel, supporting their journey from interviewing and onboarding to delivering impactful training and providing constructive performance feedback.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive, electrifying training programs for all beverage staff, covering Responsible Beverage Sales and Service, company policies, extensive food and beverage knowledge, and service standards - with specialized modules for our high-volume entertainment venues.
  • Ensure unwavering compliance with all federal, state, and local gaming laws, alcoholic beverage control regulations, health department standards, and company internal controls, including Title 31.
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure seamless daily beverage operations across all properties, upholding our legendary service standards and rigorously adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Master administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy, including preparing comprehensive monthly beverage variance reports and conducting meticulous inventory reviews.
  • Collaborate with property teams to develop and maintain optimal par levels for all beverage products, ensuring seamless stock flow and minimizing waste
  • Lead the discerning selection process for all company-wide beverage products - beer, wine, liquor, and non-alcoholic options - prioritizing quality, cost-effectiveness, and brand synergy.
  • Craft and maintain standardized cocktail menus and recipes, ensuring consistency and quality across all properties, and develop unique, specialized beverage programs perfectly suited for various entertainment venue formats.
  • Be a passionate advocate for our "Big Six" principles, actively cultivating a Fun, Friendly, Quick, Comfortable, Clean, and Safe Environment for every guest and team member.
  • This role requires regular travel to our casino properties for oversight and support, which may include occasional overnight stays at out-of-state locations.
  • A Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field, combined with 5-7 years of progressive, results-driven food and beverage management experience, or an equivalent blend of education and expertise.
  • Proven experience in a similar gaming resort setting is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a corporate or multi-unit food and beverage environment with a substantial banquet business is a significant plus.
  • Proficiency with cutting-edge inventory management purchasing systems such as Birch Street or Stratton Warren.
  • Direct experience with concert venues and event halls is a must.
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe certification.
  • Ability to obtain a State-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
  • An impressive depth of wine knowledge is highly valued.
  • Strong expertise in the art of craft cocktails is preferred.
  • Prior casino environment experience is a bonus.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
