The Role: We are seeking a professional, experienced waiter with a passion for genuine hospitality, Italian cuisine, and wine pairings. You'll be the face of the dining room, helping guide guests through a rotating menu, offering pairing suggestions, and delivering memorable, intuitive service from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional tableside service with deep knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and sourcing

  • Guide guests through multi-course meals with thoughtful wine and beverage pairing suggestions

  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and sommeliers to ensure seamless, timely service

  • Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times

  • Uphold our standards for cleanliness, presentation, and guest care

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in upscale or fine dining

  • Strong understanding of food and wine, especially Italian regional cuisine and wine pairings

  • Warm, attentive, and confident communication style

  • Familiarity with POS systems and tableside etiquette

  • Team-player mindset with grace under pressure

  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
