It is a total of 8 hours plus 1 hour of overtime pay. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This dual-role position is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our kitchen operations, ensuring that meals are prepared to high standards while also keeping the kitchen clean and organized. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety practices, food preparation techniques, and a willingness to assist wherever needed in the kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including dish washing and sanitizing equipment. Handle food safely and responsibly, adhering to all food safety regulations. Use knives efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent knife skills for efficient food preparation.
