The Charlotte Sharp Children's Center is hiring Office Assistants to support the administrative team and teaching staff.
What we want
Charlotte Sharp Children's Center is hiring Office Assistants to serve as the initial point of contact for all those entering the Center. Office Assistants support the administrative team with enrollment, children's enrollment documents, financial reports, monthly documentation of the Child and Adult Care Food Program, waiting list, building maintenance requests, inventory of supplies and materials, file management, and other assigned duties
Responsibilities
Greeting families and visitors as they enter and exit the building
Manage outgoing and incoming calls
Organize front desk and work room area
Correspond in a professional manner over the phone, face-to-face and via email.
Articulate thoughts clearly and effectively in written and oral form
Work with others to support a shared purpose or goal
Plan, organize and prioritize work
What you need to know
Salary: Compensation will be commensurate based on the selected candidate's education and experience. This is a Part Time position with a flexible schedule.

The centers are supported by Texas A&M University, with all tuition and fees reinvested in providing a quality program for children and families.
