JOB SUMMARY:

Thepurpose of this position is to work behind the bar to facilitate the smooth low of service to customers by the Bartender/Beverage Server. Performs the service of replenishing stockand all required cleaning.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :

Checksand maintains the required par stock on assigned station.

Obtainsreplacement stock from the warehouse inventory in accordance with established procedures.

Maintainscleanliness and organization of assigned work area.

Assiststhe Bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrievingguests special requests, and during busy times icing drink glasses and(depending on assigned station) pouring drinks.

Qualifications:

EDUCATIONand/or EXPERIENCE:

HighSchool Diploma or equivalent preferred

Noprevious experience required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Fluentand literate in English

Mustbe 21 years of age.

Abilityto uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations andrecognize standards required by a regulated business

Actsas a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a creditto Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.

Adheresto all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTALDEMANDS:

Mobility to constantly move about the property

Abilityto bend, reach, squat, climb stairs

Abilityto move and carry large, heavy objects weighing up to 90 pounds (keg weight).

Abilityto use repetitive hand motion, holding, grasping

Positionsthat have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may berequired to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with theirduties, and may be subject to the same environment.
