Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome all guests and ensure guests receive responsive, professional and gracious
service always.
Greet customers as they arrive at take out in a timely manner.
Take orders from guests over the phone and in person.
Answer any questions about the menu, specific food items, or any other inquiries the
guest may have.
Describe all menu items, prices, and methods of preparation.
Understand the order taken and any changes in the menu, dietary restrictions, food
allergies, etc.
Ensure order accuracy every time.
Prepare, serve, and package all items for takeout and delivery orders.
Aware of all upcoming orders and the status of them.
Utilize and understand third party delivery services.
Recording all monetary transactions with precision, generating bills, and collecting
payment.
Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the
restaurant's standards.
Maintain a clean, safe environment always in the Takeout area and service stations.
Perform all side work applicable to assigned station.
Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to remain calm during high volume service or difficult situations.
- Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately over the phone with a pleasant demeanor.
- Familiar with Point of Sale systems (Toast) is a plus!
- Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurants operating area.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Successful completion of the company's Food and Beverage training program
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout restaurants space.
- Ability to work in a standing position for periods of time.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend and reach.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Compensation: Hourly ($12.00) plus tips
