Concierge

We are accepting applications for a dependable and detail-oriented Concierge / Security Attendant to join our team temporary staff. This is a front-line position requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a modest environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor entry and exit of residents, guests, and service providers

Operate and monitor security cameras via Synology Camera system

Open and manage gate access via Brivo system

Accept and log packages and mail deliveries

Escort couriers to designated parcel lockers

Conduct hourly security walks during overnight shifts

Maintain accurate shift notes; detailed documentation is essential

Requirements :

Must be available to work varied shifts, concierge is available on-site 24 / 7

Experience with Building Link, Key Link, Outlook, Brivo, and Synology Camera systems preferred

Customer service or front desk experience

Computer literacy is required; must be comfortable documenting all activity in writing

Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough note-taking

Ability to work alone and stay alert during quiet hours

Must be able to walk short distances (trail from parking, restrooms, and patrol routes)
