Requirements:

• 1 year of barista experience (specialty coffee experience a plus)

• Full-time availability with open schedule flexibility (including weekends and holidays)

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Dependable and punctual

Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages

• Deliver friendly, attentive service to every guest

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace

• Assist with inventory and restocking

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
