Job Details We are looking for a Barista on Saturdays & Sundays from 10:00 AM- 4:00 PM for Brunch service.The Golden Swan baristas prepare and serve coffee & tea drinks during brunch service, and deliver them to guests in a timely, accurate, & warm manner. Baristas may also help with inventory and oversee that equipment is in working order. Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks : Make coffee, espresso, tea, and other drinks
- Maintain equipment : Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Manage inventory : Track supplies like coffee beans, milk, and disposable items
- Ensure cleanliness : Keep the work area, seating, and equipment clean and organized
- Follow health and safety : Comply with health and safety regulations
- Provide customer service : Help customers feel welcome and satisfied
- Work with a team : Collaborate with other staff to meet goals
- Attention to detail : Pay close attention to customer orders and preferences
- Customer service : Be friendly and helpful, and go above and beyond to satisfy guests
- Communication : Be able to communicate with customers and other staff
- Adaptability : Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Reliability: Be on time and in uniform at your scheduled in-time
