Apartment Community Custodian/ Cleaner

Key Responsibilities
Apartment Community Cleaning
Clean and sanitize apartment corridors, hallways, and stairwells.

Maintain elevators, including walls, floors, and buttons.

Empty trash and recycling receptacles in common areas.

Dust and wipe down railing, light fixtures, baseboards, and doors.

Apartment Turnovers
Clean and prepare empty units for new residents, including:

Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.

Dusting and wiping down surfaces, windows, and sills.

Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms (including appliances and fixtures).

Removing any remaining debris from unit turnover.

Office and Social Spaces
Clean and disinfect leasing office and restrooms.

Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse, social rooms, and fitness areas (if applicable).

Refill restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.

General Duties
Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.

Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to management.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness to ensure resident satisfaction.
