Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic - Direct Hire Opportunity

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Range: ($38-$43 based on experience)

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of electrical and electronic systems, mechanical machinery, and controls related to the production of corrugated sheets or boxes.
• Respond to floor calls and complete work orders efficiently.
• Interpret blueprints and work from sketches or verbal instructions to execute tasks.
• Diagnose and repair electrical controls, industrial motor control centers, and PLCs.
• Coordinate with production line leaders to prevent downtime and ensure smooth shift transitions.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5-7 years of related experience or a combination of training and experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining control circuits and electrical systems.
• Ability to read commercial/electrical blueprints and apply the NEC.
• Competency in all phases of AC, DC, Allen Bradley PLC 5 & SLC 500, Siemens, and Servo systems.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety practices.
