Multi-Craft Technician Lead**
**Location:** Onsite in S. Dallas
**Shift:** **12:00 PM 10:00 PM**
**Pay Rate:** **Starting at $38+,** dependent upon experience
**Assignment Type:** Temp, Temp to Hire
**PPE Required:** Steel-toed shoes
**About the Opportunity**
Adecco is proud to partner with a global leader in industrial packaging, to fill a key role at their brand-new, state-of-the-art 350,000 sq. ft. corrugated sheet and box manufacturing facility in Dallas.
Were seeking a skilled **Multi-Craft Technician Lead** to join the team and help drive operational excellence through expert maintenance and troubleshooting.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
+ Install and repair motors, drives, PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens), and control circuits
+ Interpret blueprints and work from sketches or verbal instructions
+ Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance
+ Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
+ Ensure safety compliance and report concerns immediately
+ Weekend and daily OT as needed
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED preferred
+ 57 years of relevant experience or equivalent training
+ Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, PLCs, and servo systems
+ Ability to read blueprints and apply NEC standards
+ Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing, etc.)
+ Must pass a background check
**Pay Details:** $38.00 to $45.00 per hour
