Compensation: $17.50 per hour

Description

As a Line Cook, you would be responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver a memorable guest experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities

Read, prepare and present high quality recipes and dishes using fresh ingredients (i.e., meats, fish, vegetables, cheese etc.) through various preparation methods (i.e., bake, grill, steam, fry, mash, etc.).

Prepare all mis en place for all relevant menus.

Comply with hotel, city, count, and state fire, food safety and sanitation regulations / standards.

Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.

Being aware of department targets and goals and striving to achieve them as part of the culinary team.

This is a part-time, year-round position working at the new Black Drum Brewing located at the Kingston Resorts. Open availability to work 1st or 2nd shift schedule is required, including weekends and holidays.
