Job Title: Server Location: Bardea Food & Drink Position Type: Part-time/Full-time

As a Server at Bardea Food & Drink, you will provide outstanding hospitality while guiding guests through our menu of chef-driven dishes, curated wines, and craft cocktails . This role requires a strong knowledge of food and beverage, the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences .

• Deliver top-tier service by providing a warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable dining experience.

• Demonstrate strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge to assist guests with menu selections and pairings.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.

• Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

• Use POS systems accurately to process orders and payments.

• Adhere to proper service procedures and food safety regulations.

• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure.

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience.

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant is preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills .

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.

• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings is a plus.

• A team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
