Responsibilities

Picture yourself being aLine Cookat Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to:

  • Prepare and plate visually appealing, consistent, and high-quality dishes while working the line with focus and positivity
  • Own your station with pride—maintaining impeccable order, sanitation, and mise en place throughout your shift
  • Follow standardized recipes, portion guidelines, and food allergy protocols with precision
  • Rotate into support roles as needed to ensure a seamless and harmonious kitchen operation
  • Execute tasks efficiently while upholding brand standards, kitchen procedures, and inventory systems
  • Accept feedback with a growth mindset, staying open to coaching from culinary leadership
  • Learn and practice our Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to contribute to outstanding guest service

Qualifications

Recipe for Success:

  • Passion for the culinary arts and hospitality industry
  • Basic working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen tools/equipment
  • Familiarity with proper food handling, storage, and temperature requirements
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability for completing work efficiently and thoroughly
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-focused, fast-moving kitchen
  • Clean work habits and dedication to maintaining a safe and organized workspace
  • Availability for early, mid-day, and evening shifts—including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, push or pull at least 35 pounds
  • Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
  • Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
  • Must be able to carry a full tray with either hand
