Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and plate food according to recipes and presentation standards
Execute prep for catering boxes, plated meals, buffets, and live stations
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment
Support kitchen operations and collaborate closely with chefs and teammates
Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
Who You Are
12 years of professional kitchen experience (catering or high-volume experience is a plus)
Strong knife skills and understanding of culinary techniques
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Comfortable working flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly wage: $22.00$26.00, based on experience
Overtime pay
Staff meal program
