The position:

We are seeking a professional and energetic receptionist to manage our front desk and support our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and eager to contribute to our agency's success. In this position you will:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor

• Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently

• Process daily mail and retrieve documents from insurance carrier websites

• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence

• Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory

• Assist with backing up on various administrative duties

• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times

• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly

What makes you successful:

A successful Receptionist needs to:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

• Be punctual and reliable

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Ability to learn quickly

• Positive attitude and a team player
