Wages start at $16.30 per hour + tips

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile hospitality professional to join our team as a Server/Bartender . In this dual role, you will provide exceptional table service to our guests while also preparing and serving beverages from the bar. Your ability to seamlessly transition between front-of-house service and bartending will ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Server Duties:

• Greet guests warmly and provide an outstanding table service experience.

• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.

• Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders in a timely manner.

• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service, anticipating needs, and resolving concerns.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.

Bartender Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.

• Engage with guests at the bar, providing a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.

• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness of the bar area.

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

• Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and health regulations.

Dual Role Expectations:

• Flex between Server and Bartender roles based on business needs and shift assignments.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow in both dining and bar areas.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and promotions.

• Uphold company standards for hospitality, professionalism, and safety.
