Hiring: Line Cook for Hunker Down Food Cart

Do you know your way around a flat top and have a passion for bold, creative takes on classic bar food? We are looking for a skilled Line Cook with at least 1 year of experience to join our team at Hunker Down. Please only if you are available to work weekends!

Position: Line Cook

Pay: $19.00/hr + tips ($12-$16/hr)

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time; must be available for weekend shifts

Cuisine: Elevated Bar Food- think smash burgers, hand-crafted sandwiches, salads

What You'll Be Doing:

Cooking up high-quality, crave-worthy food with precision and pride

Taking customer orders directly and delivering a friendly, upbeat experience

ing prep and restock ingredients, sauces, and garnishes

Maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen setup inside our food trailer

Working with a tight-knit team to keep the line moving and the vibes high

You Are:

Experienced minimum 1 year in a kitchen environment, ideally fast-paced

Current Food handler's card

Comfortable taking orders and talking to guests you re the face of the business too!

Able to stay cool under pressure and keep the quality consistent

Clean,anized, and serious about food safety

Reliable, team-oriented, and excited to be part of something growing
