Seeking fill in part time line cook to do hot and cold side. Flexibility in role and schedule is key.
More shifts to be available in 2 months after trained.
1-4 days a week with flexibility a must.

Pay based on experience
2-4 person kitchen. Cleanliness a must, food safety a must. Shifts are usually 2:30-9:30
We have a great fun team!
We have rotating needs for people's schedules and need a sub, eventually can have a regular schedule as you learn more and team shifts.
Ad to high quality, food safety, sanitation, and timeliness of dishes served.
Responsible for being well-acquainted with all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and sanitation/basic safety information
Prepares food for service using knives, ovens, gas stoves, broiler, griddles
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station and working area
Minimum Qualifications 1 year Line Cook experience in active thriving restaurant.
Current food safety knowledge and valid Food Handler Card at time of hire.
A strong desire to learn and be sustainable in our practices.
Ability to hustle without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
Physical requirements - must be able to stand and move around a kitchen for up to 8 hours; lift and carry up to 50lbs.
