Shift Schedule: Wednesdays and Thursdays

Salary Range: $25-$27 per hour with tips

Employment Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and presentation standards.

- Ensure consistent food quality, flavor, and presentation.

- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to meet service deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow.

- Maintain a clean andanized workstation while adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.

- Demonstrate strong culinary skills, including precise knife techniques.

- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.

- Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

- Follow instructions from kitchen management.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of previous kitchen experience, specifically in a high-volume kitchen.

- Late night availability is required.

- Possess strong culinary skills, including excellent knife techniques and an unwaveringmitment to precision.

- Wok cooking experience is preferred.

- Proven capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- A strong sense of urgency in delivering exceptional results.

- Reliable access to transportation.

- Ability to stand for extended periods.

- Food Handlers Card.
