Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, electrical, sheetrock, and plumbing work.

Construct, repair, and maintain walls, floors, doors, and other interior structures.

Set up furniture and equipment for events or as needed.

Clean buildings and grounds to maintain a safe, functional workspace.

Respond to on-site emergencies and resolve safety issues during and after hours.

Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites.

Disassemble and repair broken or defective equipment, then reassemble when repairs are complete.

Use hand and power tools to build and maintain structures.

Support other duties as assigned by management.

Experience:

Must reside within 60 miles of Houston, TX.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. (MVR required)

Willingness to travel with overnight stays as needed.

Proficient in using basic power tools.

Ability to perform basic math. (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

Able to lift 50-100 lbs. and work in physically demanding environments.

Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and on ladders/stairs.

Experience operating Forklifts, Scissor Lifts, Man Lifts, and Lulls.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Positive attitude and attention to detail.
