Job Summary:

Greeting all guests of Starbucks with a warm friendly greeting. Must be able to model the behaviors and utilize Family Style Service standards. Must be able to accurately settle all guest checks to the appropriate tender using our point of sale system and keep over/shorts to a minimum.
Job Description:
* Ability to clean and stock areas adhering to safety and sanitation policies and procedures. * Ability to acknowledge, greet and converse in English with customers. * Respond to visual and oral signals. * Address concerns and questions.* Physical dexterity to prepare food for service, pour non alcoholic beverages, use of cash register.* Ability to give friendly, excellent customer service. * Ability to process cash transactions accurately.
