Job Details We are looking for a barback to support our bartenders and the rest of our staff at The Rockaway Hotel! Youll assist with keeping the bar stocked, helping with opening and closing duties, and get to learn how a bar is run.

Responsibilities Include:

• Keep bar and countertops clean and organized
• Collect empty glasses and bottles
• Restock all bar supplies
• Prepare mixers, juices, and garnishes
• Assist bartenders with making drinks during rush hours

Skills:

• Interest and experience in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Team player mindset
• Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($16.50)
