The Norwich Inn has been owned by Joe and Jill Lavin since 2006. The Inn was expanded from 27 to 39 rooms in 2010 and has undergone significant upgrades over the years, building upon its iconic reputation in the region. Joe is also managing director or the La Tourelle Hotel and Spa in Ithaca, NY.

The inn is an historic 39 room inn, restaurant/ pub and on site micro-brewery located in a New England community in east central Vermont. Located across the Connecticut River from Hanover, New Hampshire, approximately 1 mile from Dartmouth College, it enjoys steady rooms clientele provided by the College, Medical Center, Norwichs King Arthur Baking Company and seasonal tourism. The inn realizes substantial local patronage of the food and beverage facilities. Restaurant capacity can be as much as 124 with seasonal outdoor seating, plus additional private function areas which are popular for parties and meetings.

• Bartender

  Now hiring a bartender for evenings positions available immediately! Schedule would be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 3pm-Close. Usually you clock out between 9:30 and Midnight depending on business. More often than not around 10:30.

  The Norwich Inn is a 39 guest room Inn with a dining room, pub and micro-brewery. We serve dinner Wednesday to Sunday

  Ideal applicants are organized, detailed, have a high level of customer service and must be of legal age to serve liquor. Experience preferred. Craft Beer enthusiasts would be a great fit.

  Job Types: Part-time

  Salary: $10.00 base pay plus tips. Averages out to a total of around $35 to $40 per hour all year.

Perks of the Job:

Sign on bonus of $1,000 is paid out in increments. $200 after the first 30 days, an additional $300 after 90 days and another $500 after 180 days of employment.
