About the Role: Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe is seeking a skilled Breakfast Line Cook (Cook 3) to join our award-winning Culinary Team. This is a hands-on position focused on preparing high-quality breakfast dishes in a fast-paced, guest-focused resort kitchen. What Youll Do:

  • Prepare all breakfast menu items (eggs, omelets, meats, pancakes, waffles, and more) following Hyatt standards and recipes

  • Work independently on a busy line and across multiple stations

  • Set up, break down, and maintain breakfast stations with proper mise en place

  • Operate kitchen equipment including griddles, flat tops, fryers, and ovens

  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and temperature guidelines

  • Communicate clearly with teammates and help direct junior staff when needed

  • Support a positive and professional kitchen culture aligned with Hyatt values

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of line experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred

  • Culinary degree or hotel kitchen experience preferred

  • Strong multitasking, communication, and time management skills

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

  • Must have legal work authorization in the U.S.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($22.00 - $28.60)
